Touring minimum is 2 hours.
Outcall minimum is 2 hours.
Outcall travel fees- add $100.
In date extensions- add $500 per hour.
Dates longer than 2 hours require social time (we can stay inside). Dates longer than 3 hours require social time preferably away from the suite.

Deposit | A 20% deposit is required to confirm any appointment.
Flight/Accommodation expenses will be added to deposits for FMTY.
If there is a need to reschedule, your deposit must be used within 3 months of the original booking or it will be forfeited.
Incall & Outcall Dates | I host out of a beautiful condo in downtown Vancouver, B.C. Well-maintained and fully stocked, you'll surely enjoy your escape into my world. My address is provided after the deposit is received. Parking is available all around the building.
Outcalls are offered to high-end downtown hotels only, with an additional $100 travel fee.
Cancellation | 48 hours notice is required for any cancellations or changes to our date. Those who provide less than 48 hours notice will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. If you cancel on the day of our appointment or fail to show up to our appointment, the full fee will be required. I will always respect and value your time; please show me the same respect.
